Trails Head Chapter of OCTA will be doing a bus tour to the wonderful Alcove Spring Park on the Oregon-California National Historic Trail, Saturday June 1, 2024, which is National Trails Day!
We will be essentially following the Trail from Johnson County Community College in Overland Park through Lawrence, Topeka and Wamego all the way to the Park in northern Kansas which is about 40 miles north of Wamego. The beautiful site has lots of markers, walking paths, springs and scenic views.
